Applying for VA eBenefits (PDF)

Apply for benefits at VA eBenefits.
If you’re having trouble with the application process, please call the VA education case manager at 888-GIB-ILL1 (888-442-4551) for help.
Apply early. The certification process can take up to three months.
If you experience login issues or need assistance with the College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) account, please call 866-866-2362. If you haven’t attended COA for one year prior to the semester you plan to enroll, please re-apply for admission.
Request all official high school, college transcripts and JST (if applicable) from your previous schools, and submit them to the Admissions Office to ensure proper registration and credit transfer.
